Responsibilities
-Ensure smooth operations of the department.
-Manage full set of accounts, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts
Receivable (AR).
-Perform monthly end closing activities, including preparation of Bank Reconciliation, Balance Sheet (BS), Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, and Customer & Supplier Aging reports.
-Process supplier payments, petty cash, ensuring timely disbursement and complete documentation.
-Maintain accurate and organized accounting records to support internal reporting and external audit requirements.
-Assist with audit processes activities.
-Maintain documents in proper filing.


Requirements
-Diploma / Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or professional accounting qualifications.
-High level of integrity and sense of responsibility with commitment to good governance.
-Minimum 3 years of finance and accounting experience.
-Mandarin speakers are encouraged to apply.
