Descriptions:
-Able to handle simple accounting.
-Must be self motivated, hard working and willing to learn
-Assist to perform day to day accounting operations.
-To perform general administrative duties including filing and preparation of documents and simple inventory management.
-Manage invoices, process payments and follow up outstanding payments
-Be responsible for every task assigned and undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
-Based in USJ, Subang Jaya

Administrative Support
-Handling and manage general inquires
-Assist in preparing documents for audits

Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a SPM and Diploma in accounting.
-Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin/Cantonese. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
-Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
-Computer literate - familiar with Microsoft Excel & Word.
-Familiar with Auto Count accounting software will be an added advantages.
-Able to communicate well with all levels and work as a team.
