Job Responsibilities:
-Handle daily accounting tasks, including data entry, AP/AR management, and statement preparation.
-Generate monthly sales and aging reports; attend monthly aging meetings.
-Support ad-hoc assignments as directed by management.
-Multitask effectively, show initiative, and meet tight deadlines under pressure.

REQUIREMENT:
-Minimum qualification: Diploma, Degree, or equivalent in Business/Administration/Management.
-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
-Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
-Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English (Mandarin proficiency preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients).
-At least 1 year of relevant experience.
-Knowledge of Autocount System is an advantage.
-Immediate availability preferred.
