Roles & Responsibilities
-Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and payroll.
-Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and best practices aligned with the company's vision and values.
-Oversee compensation & benefits to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
-Partnering with business leaders to understand their workforce needs and provide strategic HR support.
-Analysing HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement (e.g., turnover rates, training effectiveness).
-Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
-Promoting a positive, inclusive and engaging company culture
-Safeguard confidential information and foster a positive workplace culture.

Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field (Master’s an advantage).
-Proven experience as HR Manager/Generalist with strong knowledge of labor laws & HR best practices.
-Skilled in recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and talent management.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
-Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
-High integrity in handling confidential matters.
-Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
-Languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders (able to speak, read & write).
