What you'll be doing
-Assisting with the administration of HR processes, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and data management
-Assist leave records, claim processing, overtime compilation and consumables purchasing.
-Monitor service providers (cleaning service, pest control and security guard)
-Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and files
-Assisting with the preparation of HR reports and documentation
-Providing administrative support to the HR team as needed

What we're looking for
-Diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field
-1-2 years of experience in an HR assistant or administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (GMP preferred)
-Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels
-Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
-A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
