DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
-Issue cheques for rental, utilities, and creditors on a monthly basis.
-Issue payment for doctors every month.
-Enter bank transactions into the system on a daily basis.
-Prepare a bank-in summary for cash collections.
-Collect cash and cash summary with another account staff as a witness.
-Compute total cash and complete the bank deposit process.
-Handle patient refunds through cheques and calls.
-Daily reconciliation of credit card statements.
-Coordinate with suppliers.
-Perform daily sorting and filing of receipt vouchers, payment vouchers, paid bills for creditors, utility bills, and doctor statements.
-Address daily queries from creditors and individuals regarding payments.
-Confirm cheques whenever requested by the bank officer.
-Organize and sort doctor's reports for distribution.
-Check the status of locum and incentive claims.
-Assist manager in monthly SST reporting
