Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
-Process invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.
-Maintain financial records and ensure all transactions are properly documented.
-Assist in bank reconciliations and other financial reconciliations.
-Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, and internal controls.
-Support the finance team in audits and tax-related activities.

Job Qualifications:
-Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-Fluency in Malay, Mandarin and English with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
-Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Auto Count or similar) and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
-Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
