What you'll be doing?
Human Resources :
-Maintain a secure and up-to-date record of employee pasports details and other official documents, particularly for foreign workers or employees on international assignments.
-Monitor & renew pasport and visa expiry dates, and coordinate timely renewals or applications with relevant authorities or agencies.
Liaise with employees and external service providers (e.g. embassies, immigration consultants) to facilitate -smooth document processing.
-Assist with payroll preparation by collecting relevant data and documents.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave.

Who are they looking for?
-Possess a minimum qualification of SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or Diploma.
-Able to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility.
-Good command of written and spoken Mandarine, Bahasa Malaysia, and English, as the role requires liaising with Mandarin-speaking counterparts and working in a multilingual environment
-Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word and Excel).
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience.
-Training will be provided for candidates without experience.
