Who are they looking for?
-Possess a minimum qualification of SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or Diploma.
-Able to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility.
-Good command of written and spoken Mandarine, Bahasa Malaysia, and English, as the role requires liaising with Mandarin-speaking counterparts and working in a multilingual environment
-Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word and Excel).
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience.
-Training will be provided for candidates without experience.

What you'll be doing?
Admin:
-Responsible for front desk reception duties (handle phone call, meeting room reservation, in-charges of stationeries items, cleaning & beverage inventory)
-Responsible for ordering staff meals.
-Monitor inventory levels of kitchen supplies, utensils, and raw materials; assist in stock control.
-Assist in handling staff meal arrangements, hygiene audits, and equipment maintenance schedules.
-Assist in preparing purchase requests and follow up with suppliers on order and delivery status.
-Maintain accurate records of invoices, purchase orders, and payment documentation.
