Responsibilities
-Assist all import process flow
-Monitor Procurement process flow dan material planner flow
-Forecasting and planning material requirements based on production schedules and demand projections
-Coordinating with procurement and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials
-Optimising inventory levels to minimise stock-outs and excess inventory
-Analysing and reporting on materials usage, lead times, and inventory status
-Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance materials planning and scheduling
-Maintaining inventory levels
-Preparing boom list when requested.
-Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align materials planning with broader business objectives
-Add hoc task from time to time

Requirements: -
-High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
-More preferable in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
-1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
-Strong organizational, multitasking skills and time-management skills.
-Basic understanding of manufacturing workflows, supply chain processes, and safety protocols.
-Excellent written and verbal communication abilities especially in Mandarin.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
-Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
-Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
