What you'll be doing
-Providing administrative support to the finance team, particularly in liaising with shipping agents, tenancy agreement renewal, insurance renewal etc
-Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
-Performing a range of bookkeeping and accounting tasks, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger maintenance
-Preparing and processing invoices, payments, and other financial documents
-Reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts
-Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies
-Other duties as assigned

What we're looking for
-Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar accounts administrator or bookkeeping role
-Strong proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
-Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
-Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders, vendors, clients and colleagues
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-A qualification in Accounting or a related field would be preferred
