What you'll be doing
-Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
-Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management processes
-Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
-Oversee general office administration tasks, such as filing, document management, and procurement of supplies
-Provide administrative support to the management team as needed
-Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
-Contribute to the creation of a positive, engaged, and productive work environment

What we're looking for
-Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar HR or administrative role
-Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively
-Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
-Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
-Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented approach to work
-Passion for contributing to the growth and development of the organisation
