Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:
-Identify and target potential corporate clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
-Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing key accounts.
-Preparation of presentations and proposals tailored to specific client needs.
-Generate new leads and convert them into sales opportunities by effectively communicating the company’s value proposition.
-Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new corporate clients and expand the company’s footprint in the corporate market.

Market and Competitor Insights:
-Stay informed of industry trends, client market conditions, and competitor activities.
-Provide feedback to the team on market demands and new business opportunities

Coordination and Execution:
-Work with various internal teams (e.g., marketing, and operations) to deliver solutions to clients.
-Ensure timely delivery of services through coordinating with SR teams.
-Monitor account-specific projects and deliverables, ensuring they meet client expectations.

Account Management:
-Help implement strategies for key accounts to drive retention, satisfaction, and growth.
-Check in with clients to assess satisfaction and gather feedback when needed.

Required Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
-At least 1 year experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
-Result oriented, self-motivated and good time-management skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Skills:
-Good track record in achieving sales target.
-Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking and reading).
