Job Responsibilities :
-Achieve sales targets and grow your income through commissions.
-Handle walk-ins, events leads, digital enquiries, and referrals generated by the developer.
-Participate in sales activities
-Maintain accurate and timely updates leads /database of prospects in “CRM system” to create consistent pipeline of potential customers in the future.
-To provide feedback to improve overall sales delivery and service quality

What We're Looking For:
-Degree or Diploma in Marketing or any related disciplines.
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 1–2 years of working experience in property developments or loans/mortgages are encouraged to apply.
-Multiple tasks and work independently
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin is an added advantage
-Strong selling, negotiation and closing skills
-Background in Loans/Mortgages are welcome to apply
