Administrative & Documentation
-Perform daily data entry for job orders, invoices, service records, and internal reports
-Maintain proper filing system (physical & digital) for service and customer documents
-Prepare basic administrative reports and support management documentation

Service Centre Support
-Key-in the payment invoice, prepare summary reports, prepare any reports that relate to the respective departments as per instructed.
-Coordinate internal communication between service team, parts department, accounts & HR Dept.
-Monitor document flow to ensure accuracy and timely submission

Customer & Front Desk Support
-Attend to walk-in customers politely and professionally (if required)
-Answer basic phone enquiries and direct calls to relevant departments
-Support customer follow-ups related to documentation or service records

General Admin Duties
-Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by management
-Ensure compliance with company procedures and service center SOP.
