Responsibilities :

Process all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation.

Verify claims criteria required by Principal

Complete the warranty claims and warranty register.

Maintain statistics, records and mailing of statement, invoices, submit customer correspondence, direct mailing

Maintain the work order master file and ensures all copies and invoices are file under the relevant number.

Liaise / report to Principal Warranty or Technical Department (technical documentation)

Check and verify warranty parts are tagged and compiled accurately.

Check and verify description on work order correspond with detective tags.

Complete warrant claims and recording claims into warranty register, reconciliation of credit notes and ensures defect parts availability and proper storage.

Process warranty paper work and submit warranty claims.

Stock in/out warranty parts in warranty room

Requirements :

Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Automotive Engineering or equivalent

Fresh Grad or 1 year experience in warranty operation
