The role of Operation Specialist involves support daily operations of courier stations by assisting with service management, compliance, safety, and issue resolution. Help implement standardized processes and improve customer service quality across the assigned area.

Responsibilities:-

Assist in managing basic services for courier stations in the assigned area, ensuring smooth daily operations, and addressing issues as they arise;

Assist in conducting training and execution of standardized operational processes to ensure stations meet basic operational requirements;

Assist in handling qualification audits, compliance checks, and safety management for courier stations in the assigned area;

Assist in improving the consumer service quality of courier stations within the area, ensuring continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.

Any ad-hoc task assigned by the management.

Requirements:-

A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is often preferred. Relevant work experience may substitute for formal education.

At least 2 years of experience in store management at Cainiao Stations or Tuxi Stores are highly desirable.

Strong stress tolerance and ability to occasionally travel for work.

Excellent communication and customer service skills, with strong execution ability for daily tasks;

Must be able to travel to Pusat Perdagangan Canning whenever required.
