What you'll be doing

Engage with potential and existing customers over the phone to understand their needs and interests

Provide information about our products and services and recommend suitable solutions

Handle customer inquiries, answer questions, after sales and resolve any issues or concerns

Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding items

Contribute to the development and implementation of effective sales and marketing strategies

Collaborate with the wider team to share best practices and identify opportunities for improvement

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers

Excellent customer service orientation and a genuine passion for helping others

Sales experience or a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets

Good problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure
