Job Descriptions:
•⁠ ⁠Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to provide insights into the company’s financial performance.
•⁠ ⁠Lead the budget preparation process, working closely with department heads to develop comprehensive budgets aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
•⁠ ⁠Conduct regular account analysis and comparisons to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop financial forecasts and projections to support strategic planning initiatives.
•⁠ ⁠Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation regulations, and internal policies and procedures.
•⁠ ⁠Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
•⁠ ⁠Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, company secretaries and various authorities to ensure timely completion of audit, corporate tax submission and other statutory submission.
•⁠ ⁠To support the department in any other ad-hoc related duties.


Job Specification:
•⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; ACCA certification preferred.
•⁠ ⁠Minimum of 3 years of work experience in accounting or finance roles, with a proven track record of success in managing full set accounts and budget preparation.
•⁠ ⁠Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret financial data and draw actionable insights.
•⁠ ⁠Proficient in Google workspace applications with advanced Excel skills.
•⁠ ⁠Good organizational skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills.
•⁠ ⁠Meticulous, independent & self-motivated, willing to learn, and able to meet the deadline.
•⁠ ⁠Protects the organization’s values by keeping information confidential.
•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and writing skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
