Requirements
-All Malaysian citizens who are interested in pursuing a career in the printing industry are welcome to apply.
-Minimum education requirement of a Certificate or Diploma in any field.
-Candidates with no prior experience are encouraged to apply; training will be provided until proficiency is achieved.
-Graduates in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Printing Technology, or Business Administration will have an added advantage.

Responsibilities
-Manage, assist, and provide printing product consultation to prospective customers across various sales channels:
-Physical Platforms: Retail outlets and exhibitions through face-to-face interactions.
-Online Platforms: Telephone, website, social media, e-commerce platforms, and applications.
-Manage customer orders using the Flexisprint system, including preparation of quotations, invoices, and payment receipts.
-Build and maintain good relationships with customers to support and sustain the company’s business performance.
-Assist in daily outlet operations.
-Manage and obtain customer feedback on services provided.
