Key Responsibilities
-Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns for the Singapore market
-Manage ad operations with hands-on execution across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, DV360, etc.)
-Track campaign performance and deliver optimization strategies to achieve client KPIs
-Analyze campaign data, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to clients
-Coordinate with publishers and media vendors for campaign execution and media buying
-Support campaign tracking, and media planning as required
-Provide client servicing: respond to inquiries, share performance updates, and ensure strong client relationships
-Coordinate and communicate with cross-border teams in Hong Kong and Singapore.

Requirements
-3+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency with hands-on ad execution experience
-Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin; understanding Cantonese would be a plus. "We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers."
-Familiar with digital advertising tools and platforms: Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, DV360
-Strong analytical skills, with experience using Google Analytics or other tracking tools
-Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-border teams
-Experience with e-commerce and B2B clients is an advantage
-Programmatic advertising experience is a plus
