What you'll be doing
-Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and courteous manner
-Resolving customer issues and concerns, ensuring a positive customer experience
-Providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies
-Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records of all activities
-Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex customer requests
-Identifying and escalating any recurring customer issues to the appropriate team for resolution
-Continuously improving customer service processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience

What we're looking for
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively convey information to customers
-Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs
-Proven experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
-Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and other relevant software applications
-A team player with the ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive work environment
-A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous improvement
