Job Requirements：
• Must be a Malaysian citizen
• Minimum Diploma in IT; Degree in IT / Computer Science or related fields is an added advantage
• Proficient in Mandarin with good English (spoken & written)
• Fresh graduates are welcome; IT / Helpdesk / Customer Service experience is an added advantage
• Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using digital communication platforms, CRM tools, or IT support systems
• Familiar with basic hardware and software troubleshooting
• Customer-oriented, patient, and able to handle problem-solving professionally
• Able to work on rotational shifts (24/7)

Key Responsibilities：
• Handle customer inquiries through phone, chat, and email regarding IT and product support
• Provide first-level troubleshooting and guidance for smartphones, laptops, and other devices
• Assist customers with setup, configuration, and basic usage issues
• Escalate unresolved technical cases to higher support teams
• Record and update customer interactions and case details accurately
• Follow standard support procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient service
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution
• Maintain professionalism and clear communication
