What you'll be doing

· 1. Cashiering and Sales Handling
-Process customer purchases accurately at the point of sale.
-Issue receipts and ensure proper cash handling procedures.
-Handle payment methods including cash, card, and e-wallets.

2. Insurance and Documentation
-Issue insurance documents for motorcycles.
-Maintain proper records of insurance transactions for auditing purposes.
-Assist customers with insurance-related inquiries.

3. Bookkeeping and Record Management
-Maintain daily sales and transaction records.
-Record all receipts, expenses, and financial transactions accurately.
-Assist in preparing financial reports for management review.

4. Customer Service Support
-Assist customers with inquiries, returns, and complaints.
-Provide guidance on product information and promotions.
-Ensure a positive and professional shopping experience.

5. Administrative Support
-Manage stock records and update inventory system as needed.
-Prepare and file daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
-Support management with clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.

required skills:
-Language Skills: Good command of Bahasa Malaysia.
-Note: Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage to assist with Mandarin-speaking clients.
-Communication: Comfortable handling face to face with customer and answering phone calls/messages.
