🦷 Key Responsibilities
-Communicate clearly and professionally with patients via phone, WhatsApp, email, or in person
-Explain treatment plans, appointments, and follow-up instructions in a patient-friendly manner
-Coordinate patient appointments and liaise with dentists, nurses, and clinic teams
-Handle patient enquiries, feedback, and concerns with empathy and professionalism
-Assist in follow-ups, reminders, and continuity of patient care
-Maintain accurate patient communication records and documentation

✅ Requirements
-Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
(Mandarin or other languages is an advantage)
-Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills
-Patient, empathetic, and service-oriented
-Organised, responsible, and able to multitask
-Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, email, clinic systems)
-Experience in healthcare, dental, customer service, or call centre is an advantage
