About your role
(NCS - New Car Showroom)
Daily visit to New Car Showrooms to facilitate the used vehicle acquisition process.
Actively recruit new sales agent to expand business opportunities.
Guide customer through the sales process including presenting and negotiating prices.
Address customer concerns and objection effectively.
Assist in arrangement of car inspections and handovers upon customer’s request.
Collaborate cross-functionally with all relevant departments to ensure seamless operational flow.
Implement sales strategies to achieve monthly sales target.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of current process flows and campaigns.
(UCD - Used Car Dealer)
Daily visit to Used Car Dealers to facilitate the used vehicle acquisition process.
Actively recruit new dealers to expand business opportunities.
Guide dealers through the sales process including presenting and negotiating prices.
Address dealers’ concerns and objection effectively.
Assist in arrangement of car inspections and handovers upon dealers’ request.
Collaborate cross-functionally with all relevant departments to ensure seamless operational flow.
Implement sales strategies to achieve monthly sales target.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of current process flows and campaigns.
Requirements
Proven experience in automotive sales, purchasing, or business development, preferably with trade-in or used car transactions.
Strong understanding of the automotive market and vehicle valuation processes.
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster relationships with various external stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficient in using automotive evaluation tools and software.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
Able to converse in Malay, plus point for English & Mandarin speaker.
