Core Responsibilities
• Support execution of trades (including price fixing) with high level of precision and efficiency
• Record executed trades in an accurate and timely manner
• Perform reconciliation of trades, positions, and inventories
• Liaise with stakeholders (e.g. refiners, traders, vaulting and transportation service providers) to ensure smooth end-to-end trade process
• Process inbound-outbound shipments of precious metals and prepare the required documents
• Manage and maintain proper filing of trade, inventory, shipment and other related documents
• Perform ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements
Qualifications and experience:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in trade operations, logistics, and/or administration functions; at best, within precious metals or commodity trading
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting

Skills and expertise:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Extreme attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools especially MS Excel
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under stress
• High level of reliability, professionalism and respect for confidentiality
• Effective interpersonal skills to build relationship with internal and external stakeholders
