Job Description
-Handling of incoming requests/enquiries from customers through email and online chat support professionally.
-Liaise with delivery team to address customer request and concerns with regards to delivery.
-Listen carefully, understand customer needs, and provide clear, accurate, and effective resolutions.
-Ensure enquiries are handled efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
-Attend to a wide range of enquiries including: General enquiries, Product enquiries (features, dimensions, materials, availability), and Order-related assistance such as order confirmation, cancellation, amendments, and delivery date changes.
-Performing general adminstrative tasks

Requirements
-Demonstrate passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers.
-Able to communicate clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing.
-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field.-
-At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Computer literate with proficiency in email, online chat applications.
-Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
-Full-Time position(s)
-5.5 Days work week
-Mon - Fri: 9am - 6pm, Alternate Saturday (Full Day)
