Assistant Outlet Supervisor assists the Outlet Supervisor in overseeing daily store operations and employee performance. This role shares the same responsibilities as the Outlet Supervisor and assumes full management duties when the Supervisor is absent or on leave.

This position requires strong leadership skills, efficient operational execution, excellent customer service awareness, and meticulous attention to inventory management and related administrative tasks. The Assistant Outlet Supervisor also carries out other tasks as assigned by superiors.
