Administrative
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in coordinating company events and staff activities
-Support company welfare initiatives, including festive gift distribution and staff care items, and maintain accurate records of welfare items
-Liaise with vendors and service providers for quotations, service schedules, delivery follow-ups and service quality
-Assist in processing invoices and simple expense claims

Requirements:
-Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
-Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills; detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
