Your Job Responsibilities:
-Ensure timely processing of customer orders, reservations, rescheduling, on-time shipments, and invoicing.
-Communicate with planners regarding order confirmations and scheduling changes.
-Coordinate freight and delivery with the logistics team.
-Coordinate customer returns and process necessary documentation, such as RMAs (Return Authorization Documents), credit/debit notes.
-Handle customer inquiries, Requests for Quotation (RFQs), and sample requests.
-Manage customer inventory planning – forecasting input (Vendor Managed Inventory Planning, VMI).
-If customers participate in VMI/SMI programs, process hub withdrawals and invoicing.

We prefer you to have:
-At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
-2-5 years of relevant work experience.
-Willing to work in Bukit Minyak, Penang.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially confidence when handling customer calls.
-Good English communication skills.
