Your responsibilities will include:
-Creating job entries in the logistics system
-Preparing essential documentation such as Customs Forms, Bill of Lading, and Airway Bills
-Coordinating daily delivery planning with the operations team
-Involve in billing process
-Providing daily shipment updates to customers

Requirements & Skills
-To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
-Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably within the freight forwarding or logistics industry
-Diploma or Degree graduate
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
-Strong attention to detail
-Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
-Basic understanding of logistics and Incoterms
-Problem-solving mindset with adaptability in a fast-paced environment
-Fluency in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
