Job Responsibilities：
-Plan, coordinate, and execute online livestream operations to support sales growth, primarily on TikTok.
-Liaise with platform partners (e.g. TikTok, Shopee, food delivery platforms) for campaigns, promotions, and daily operations
-Coordinate promotional or campaign activities with delivery platforms.
-Provide operational support to outlets for online and delivery-related initiatives.
-Develop benchmark (best-practice) stores and support to implement successful live streaming models across outlets.
-Monitor livestream and online performance, and support basic data tracking and reporting.

Job Requirements：
-Diploma/Degree or equivalent professional qualification, preferably in eCommerce, Mass Communication, Information Technology or Digital Marketing.
-Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience, such as livestream operations, live host, e-commerce operations or platform operations.
-Experience in E-Commerce / TikTok / Shopee livestream operations is a strong advantage.
-Prior experience in the F&B industry or platform-based operations is preferred.
-Strong interpersonal, coordination, and communication skills.
-Able to communicate well in English, Malay and Mandarin as this role requires engaging with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
