Responsibilities
-Order Management: Take customer orders via WhatsApp messages and phone calls.
-Invoicing Support: Handle the computer system for invoicing and maintain records of petty cash transactions.
-Stock Count: Conduct regular stock counts and coordinate with the manager regarding stock control.
-Documentation: Manage daily administrative tasks, maintain records, and prepare necessary reports.
-General Assistance: Provide support to both internal team members and external parties as needed.

Requirements
-Language Skills: Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
-Note: Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage to assist with Mandarin-speaking clients.
-Software: Proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
-Communication: Comfortable handling email communication and answering phone calls/messages.
-Experience: Open to all levels; on-board training is provided.
