💼 Job Responsibilities
-Respond to guest enquiries via WhatsApp and booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Trip.com, etc.)
-Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and general stay-related questions
-Coordinate with housekeeping and internal team to ensure smooth guest experience
-Record and follow up on customer service cases when necessary
-Handle daily customer service and administrative tasks related to homestay operations

❗ This is not a sales role, not a call centre, and no outdoor work required
You will work in a structured environment with clear procedures and team support

🙋‍♀️ Requirements
-Able to read and write Chinese (to communicate with Chinese-speaking guests)
-Basic English & Bahasa Melayu communication skills
-Experience in customer service / hospitality / homestay / hotel industry is an advantage (training provided for those without experience)
-Responsible, willing to learn, and able to multitask
-Comfortable using WhatsApp, mobile phone and computer
