We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to lead team, drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and develop store staff to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
Plan, monitor, and manage store performance, including sales, expenses, inventory, and visual merchandising standards.
Analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and KPIs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Manage staffing, scheduling, and employee performance, including coaching and development.
Collaborate with regional management on promotional activities, events, and new store initiatives.
Requirements

5 years of experience in retail management (fashion/jewellery/watches/beauty/sports)
Strong leadership and team management skills.
