Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the end-to-end RFQ process, including preparing, issuing, and tracking RFQs.

Review and validate requestor requirements prior to RFQ issuance.

Consolidate, analyze, and compare supplier quotations to support sourcing decisions.

Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PG, PAD, OED and related department if necessary) to align sourcing decisions with business needs.

Focus on the outcome of tasks, results oriented

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Prepare cost analysis, supplier evaluations, and SRB reports for OPS review.

Continuously identify and implement process improvements within the RFQ cycle.

Monitor RFQ cycle time, generate reports, and escalate delays when necessary.



Qualifications and Skills

Degree in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree or above).

Proficiency in English (both written and verbal), knowledge of Mandarin and Japanese Language added advantages

Procurement or sourcing experience, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing.

Strong communication skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Agile and adaptable, able to respond to changes quickly, make sound decisions, and act with urgency.
