What you'll be doing
-Handling a variety of administrative tasks including filing, data entry, stock count and managing correspondence.
-Providing exceptional customer service to patients, both in person and over the phone
-Assisting with the organisation and coordination of clinic operations
-Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and database
-Supporting the broader administrative team with various projects and initiatives

What we're looking for
-1-2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role, ideally within the healthcare industry
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with patients, healthcare professionals and colleagues
-Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
-Proficiency in using common office software such as Microsoft Office/Excel suite
-A friendly, professional demeanour and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care
