Qualifications & Experience
-Minimum 3 years’ experience in the freight forwarding industry.
-Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
-Additional skillsets required: detailed oriented, problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
-Able to work in a fast pace and challenging environment.
-Candidate to ensure efficient and high-quality customer service across all channels while driving continuous process improvements and operational excellence.
-Candidate must be able to analyze operational data, trends and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
-Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required as the role involves liaising with Mandarin-speaking customers and agents.
-This position is located in Setia Alam.

Tasks & Responsibilities
-Manage and coordinate all customer service activities related to sea import freight forwarding operations.
-Liaise with customers to understand their shipping requirements and provide tailored solutions.
-Prepare and process all necessary import/export documentation accurately and efficiently.
-Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of freight services.
-Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates to customers.
-Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a prompt and professional manner.
-Identify opportunities to improve customer service and suggest process enhancements.
-Prepare and issue freight quotations to customers based on shipping requirements, ensuring competitive pricing and accuracy.
