Working Schedule:

5 days/week (Full-time) – including weekends OR 4 days/week – including weekends (Part time)
Working Hours: 8–9 hours per day (based on roster)

Key Responsibilities
-Welcome and engage walk-in guests professionally, creating a positive first impression
-Drive sales through excellent customer service, strong product knowledge, and effective merchandise presentation
-Educate guests on Tesla products, services, EV ownership benefits, and local incentives
-Understand customer needs, purchase intent, and timelines to build accurate customer profiles
-Deliver tailored product demonstrations based on customer interests
-Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by collecting customer details and scheduling test drives
-Ensure CRM records are accurately updated with sales, test drive, and delivery information
-Follow all operational policies and procedures while supporting Tesla’s business goals

What We’re Looking For
-Prior experience in customer service or sales
-Positive, enthusiastic, and passionate about the automotive and EV industry
-Self-motivated with strong time management and attention to detail
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet business-critical deadlines
-Ethical and customer-focused sales mindset
-Strong communication skills in English and local language
-Team-oriented, reliable, and professional
-Willingness to work evenings and weekends
-Must possess a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
