What you'll be doing
-Actively manage and develop relationships with key accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction
-Identify and qualify new sales opportunities, negotiating and closing deals that meet or exceed revenue targets
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and develop tailored packaging solutions
-Provide regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline, and performance
-Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth
-Stay up to date with market trends, competitor analysis, and industry developments
-Prepare sales documentation including quotation and collection of credit timely
-Monitor of customer satisfaction to ensure service fulfilment

What we're looking for
-Minimum 1 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the packaging or manufacturing industry and possess bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
-We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
-Proven track record of successfully managing and growing key accounts
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
-Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team and able to complete task within the timeframe given
-Willing to travel outstation
