Key Responsibilities
-Set up and maintain livestream infrastructure including hardware, network environment, and platform accounts.
-Monitor and manage livestream accounts to ensure operational continuity and compliance.
-Plan, schedule, and execute AI livestream sessions aligned with business objectives.
-Develop localized livestream strategies to improve audience engagement and conversion.
-Analyze performance data (views, watch duration, engagement, conversions) and implement optimization actions.
-Document SOPs and prepare performance reports for management.
-Stay updated on platform rules, algorithm changes, and compliance requirements.

Job Requirements
-Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
-Minimum 2 years of experience in livestream operations, e-commerce operations, digital operations, or platform operations.
-Candidates with strong relevant experience in livestream operations, digital marketing, or e-commerce is preferred.
-Experience with TikTok Live, Shopee Live, Lazada Live, or similar platforms are preferred.
-Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
-Ability to manage livestream systems, hardware, and network environments.
-Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
-Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
-Self-driven, hands-on, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced lending environment.
