Key Responsibilities:

Food Preparation:
-Wash, peel, and chop vegetables and herbs for large-batch cooking.
-Assist in the preparation of sauces, gravies, soups, and marinades following exact recipes.
-Assist the butchery team with basic tasks (e.g., thawing, moving boxes) when required.

Production & Packing:
-Portion cooked or raw items into bags/containers for outlet distribution.
-Ensure all packages are sealed properly to prevent spoilage during transport.
-Assist in loading items for the logistics team.

Cleaning & Safety:
-Maintain a clean workstation at all times.
-Assist in waste disposal and general kitchen sanitation.
-Strictly follow personal hygiene and uniform standards.

Supplementary Tasks:
-Wash work tables, meat blocks, cupboards, walls and appliances and clean kitchen work areas, equipment, utensils and dishes
-Sweep and mop floors, and perform other duties to assist cook and kitchen staff
-Remove and clear kitchen garbage
-Unpack and store supplies in chiller/freezer, cupboards and storage areas
-Help to wash, peel and prepare basic food items
-Any ad-hoc tasks as instructed by the Head of Central Kitchen / superiors

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
-Vacancy open for Malaysians only
-Excellent hands-on skills with eye for details
-Ability to work independently AND in a team
-Healthy, able to lift heavy items and stand for long hours ( > 5 hours)
-Positive attitude and responsible character.
-Willingness to learn and ability to follow instructions precisely.
-Punctual and reliable.
-Prior working experience will be an added advantage.
-Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skill.
-Able to speak in English and Bahasa Melayu.
-Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.
-Min. 1 year experience in F&B industry.
