about the job
As an Implementation Consultant, you are the key strategic and technical advisor. You will manage the end-to-end client journey, translating complex business needs into optimized, platform-based solutions.

Consult with customers to thoroughly understand their business processes and goals before architecting tailored solutions using the Work OS platform.
Design and manage comprehensive implementation plans, overseeing complex data migrations, custom scripting, and user management.
Implement advanced integrations leveraging the platform's APIs, apps framework, and third-party iPaaS tools (low-code/no-code platforms).
Act as a project manager for small to medium-sized projects, ensuring timelines and customer goals are met.
Support the pre-sales process by building proof-of-concepts and providing expert technical advisory.
Conduct end-user training and workshops to maximize user adoption and long-term customer success.

about the manager/team

Minimum 3+ years of experience in technical consulting, implementation, or professional services for a SaaS/Cloud-based Work Management, CRM, or ERP platform.
Strong Technical Acumen to build and integrate custom solutions:
Proficiency with API design and consumption (REST and modern protocols like GraphQL).
Familiarity with server-side scripting (e.g., Node.js) and modern UI frameworks (e.g., React.js).
Experience with cloud environments (e.g., AWS) and advanced database concepts.
Excellent ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
