Comfortable cascading and operating HR tasks assigned by the Head of HR
Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations for the institution
Oversee payroll, employment matters, expatriate-related EPF/ statutory requirements, and HR compliance
Support, improve performance management processes and statutory compliance for the institute
Handle employee relations, investigations, and escalation cases
additional requirements
Strong hands-on HR Operations & Generalist background
Familiarity with compensation & benefits, payroll, statutory matters (including expatriate compliance)
Experience in compliance-heavy industries
Able to manage a team and act as the single point of contact for the HR Head
Master's degree in Human Resources (added advantage)
Background in law/legal studies (added advantage)
