Key Responsibility

a. Creative & Design
-Assist in designing marketing materials such as posters, brochures, banners, social media graphics, and presentations.
-Support in creating visual assets for digital campaigns, websites, and internal communications.
-Ensure consistency with brand identity across all materials and platforms.
-Adapt existing designs for different formats and channels.
-Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions.

b. Marketing Support
-Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and events.
-Assist in preparing visuals for product launches, advertisements, and online content.
-Help maintain and organize the company’s design assets and media library.
-Support in tracking and analyzing design performance for digital platforms (optional).

c. Coordination & Development
-Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors (printers, agencies, etc.) when needed.
-Learn and apply feedback from senior team members to continuously improve design quality.
-Manage multiple design tasks with attention to detail and deadlines.

Requirements
-Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communication, or related field.
-0–2 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
-Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is a plus.
-Basic understanding of branding, layout, typography, and color theory.
-Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
-Able to work under supervision as well as independently on assigned projects.
