Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Researching prospects and generating leads.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements and concerns
- To expand and build efficient networking with clients, developers, contractors, architects, designers, high-profile end consumers.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Confident and clear in communicating the value and benefits of our products and services
- Quick to grasp technical product specification and information and be able to present to potential clients
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Participate in company’s marketing related activities
- Create frequent reviews and reports with immediate superior/manager on order intake target
- Sales order handling by liaison with clients or their representative
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Execute and coordinate or secured jobs with departments concerned for smooth implementation of delivery, installation, T&C
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Ensure customers payment is on time
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Meeting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
- Implement and adhere to the company processes
- Participating in sales team meetings.
- Execute tasks assigned from your superior from time to time

Requirements:

- Candidates who are fluent in Bahasa, mandarin and English are preferred. We are seeking candidates proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
- Possess own transport and willingness to travel outstation.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- A proactive approach to sales and the ability to meet targets.
- Market research and analysis capabilities.
- Presentation skills for delivering product information effectively.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
