Responsibilities
-Responsible for daily accounting duties and ensuring timely and accurate recording in the accounting system.
-Handle full set of accounts for a group of companies.
-Prepare SST schedules and bi-monthly submissions using accounting software.
-Manage payroll using payroll software.
-Prepare monthly statutory payments including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, and PCB.
-Liaise with external parties including company secretary, auditors, tax agents, and government authorities.
-Ensure proper documentation and filing to support all accounting entries.
-Monitor and communicate the latest accounting and regulatory announcements from relevant government agencies to management and team.
-Alert management on important deadlines, issues, or compliance matters.
-Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements
-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and/or Finance, or other relevant professional certification.
-Candidate should have at least 2 years of working experience in Finance & Accounting Roles.
-Experience in handling full set of accounts independently.
-Familiar with Malaysian statutory requirements and payroll processing.
-Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in following up matters.
-Able to work independently and communicate effectively with management.
-Knowledge in AutoCount Accounting software will be an added advantage.
