Responsibilities :

✅ Handle a portfolio of clients and assist in all aspects of company secretarial work.
✅ Ensure compliance with the Companies Act 2016 and relevant statutory requirements.
✅ Prepare and file statutory forms, returns, and notifications with SSM and other authorities.
✅ Maintain accurate and up-to-date statutory records and registers.
✅ Provide advisory support and timely service to clients.

Requirements :

-Preferably CGI (ICSA) qualification, CGQP finalist, or currently pursuing CGOP.
-Diploma/Degree in Business Studies or equivalent (fresh grads welcome).
-Strong communication & interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
-Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred (for liaison with Mandarin-speaking clients).
-Familiar with Companies Act 2016 and S2000 software will be an advantage.
-Candidates with relevant experience but without formal qualification are encouraged to apply
