What you'll be doing
-Manage all aspects of the company's financial accounting, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and month-end closing processes
-Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analysis for management and external stakeholders
-Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies and procedures
-Prepare accurate balance sheet and Profit & loss statements
-Ensure all suppliers' invoices, credit notes, staff claims, petty cash claims, etc are captured in the system in a timely manner
-Contribute to the development and implementation of effective financial systems and controls
-Provide financial and strategic advice to support the decision-making process
-Supervise and mentor the accounting team, fostering a positive and productive work environment

What we're looking for
-A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
-At least 5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager/Finance Manager.
-Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, tax regulations, and reporting standards
-Proficient in the use of accounting software.
-Fluency in Mandarin is mandatory for communication. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide financial insights and recommendations
-Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members
-A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work, with a commitment to accuracy and compliance
